Raffle Rules are as follows:

• Participants must be 18+ to purchase tickets
• Winners do not need to be present to win, but will need to provide or arrange their own pickup of item won
• Winners must sign a liability release form prior to taking ownership of item won
• Winners are responsible for any tax obligations or implications on item won
• Fostering Hope Florida board members and their same-household family members are not eligible to enter this raffle or win any of these prizes
• Golf cart and e-bike will both be raffled off as is
• No returns or exchanges on prizes won (golf cart and/or e-bike)
• Winners will be chosen on Friday January 31, 2025 between 4-5pm EST
